1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping
- Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99 for orders below ₹999 (varies by location)
- Express Shipping: Available at additional cost for select locations
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using:
- The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard on our website
- The courier partner's website directly
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you will be contacted for re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays or local restrictions

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
