2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized products
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at support@quietglaze.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
6. Shipping Costs
- Customer Error: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering error, you are responsible for return shipping costs
- Our Error: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@quietglaze.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
10. Razorpay Payments
All payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Refunds for payments made through Razorpay will be processed through the same payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
